14. Shree Dayal Gopal has erected a new Mama Dev Mandir in Katawadi and built a small bridge for access.

15. Shree R C Patel (Dharasabya) has supplied Rs 27,000 to replace the old water supply line pipes for Haripati vaas. Our villagers have installed these.

16. The cricket club is grateful for a annual donation of Rs 4,000 for five years by Shree Naran Makan.

17. The school roof has been repaired at a cost of Rs 35,000 by the Panchayat

This is a very brief translation of a six-page report written on 2 February 2000. Please forgive any omissions or mistakes in the translation in this summary.

P.S. Further Progress Projects this year

1. A brand new water supply line for the whole village including Tatanagar and Ahirvaad (Manikpore) has been surveyed and approved and should be operational next year.

2. A second transformer costing Rs 160,000 has been approved and will be paid for 50% by our Member of Parliament 25% by Shree R C Patel, Dharasabya.

3. Rs 500,000 has been approved for maintenance of the Poorna River Flood Protection Wall (paar)

4. Rs 250,000 have been approved by the Jillah Panchayat to repair and deepen the Garm Talav.

5. Our village Sarpanch Shree Giresh Nathu has received the inaugural award for being the Best Sarpanch in the Jalapor Taluka
