Republic Day Festival, 26th January 2000. The man you see here is the Chief Guest.

Every year the celebrations for the Independence and Republic Day national events are proudly celebrated and with great pleasure. Lots of guests, including foreigner residents of this village, brothers and sisters of the village, teachers, pupils and respective elders are all invited to this event. Both events entail performances from school children, some so young that it is a delight to see them.
